At SideSpin Collective, we work with a print-on-demand partner to produce and ship your orders.

Processing Times:

  • All items are custom-made once your order is placed. Production typically takes 3-7 business days.

  • Once your order is ready, it will be shipped promptly.

Shipping Times:

  • Shipping times vary depending on your location. Most orders within the U.S. arrive within 5-10 business days after production.

  • International shipping times may take longer depending on customs and local carriers.

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of your order.

Important Notes:

  • Ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Side Spin Collective, all our products are custom-made just for you, so we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds except under the following conditions:

Eligible Issues for Returns or Refunds:

  1. Misprints: If there is an error in the printing process, such as a missing or distorted design.

  2. Incorrect Item Shipped: If you receive an item that does not match what you ordered.

How to File a Claim:

  • Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at [insert email].

  • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item.

  • Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will issue a replacement or refund as applicable.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items ordered in the wrong size or color due to customer selection. Please refer to size charts provided before placing your order.

  • Items with normal wear and tear.
